5 minute isometric upper body stretch

Just did a tough upper body strength workout?

Come spend 5 minutes with me and stretch it out. This video is meant to do AFTER an upper body workout.

Stretching is one of the most overlooked aspects of exercise. Stretching decreases your risk of injury. It increases blood flow and range of motion. Stretching improves your flexibility and posture while alleviating back pain. Stretching is also great for stress release leading to a calmer mind and body. 

We’ll hold 10 stretches for about 30 seconds each. 

The 10 exercises are - 

  1. Shoulder - R

  2. Shoulder - L

  3. Tricep - R

  4. Tricep - L

  5. Neck - R

  6. Neck - L

  7. Chest opener 

  8. Big hug - R

  9. Chest opener

  10. Big hug - L
