Programs
Personal training
Create attainable goals and a realistic fitness plan to achieve a healthier and happier life. Receive customized exercise plans tailored to your needs and liking. Build core stability, increase endurance, improve cardiovascular health, and gain strength. Weekly at home workouts and enjoyable programming provided.
Cancer exercise programs
Reduce cancer pain and fatigue. Prevent, identify, and manage lymphedema. Increase shoulder range of motion and correct postural deviations following mastectomy or reconstruction. Improve treatment tolerance. Prevent and manage osteoporosis, diabetes, and damage to the heart and lungs following chemotherapy, radiation, and hormonal therapies. Return to pre-treatment levels of strength and fitness.
Older adult fitness
Maintain your quality of life and independence. Work on balance, strength, functional mobility, and performing everyday movements safely. Simple and safe programming and weekly homework provided.
Group fitness classes
Join a group class and make new friends or start a private weekly class with your loved ones. Classes take place online and in-person. Classes focus on balance, strength training, mobility, stability, and coordination. Offered classes include, barre, strength training, high intensity interval training, cardio and others.
