10 minute easy upper body workout
In this 10 minute easy upper body workout we’ll stretch and loosen your neck, shoulders, and back, while strengthening your chest and biceps. This is an easy, bodyweight only, no dumbbells, workout to get out the creaks and cracks and increase upper body strength. We keep the moves simple and there are modifications for every level. No equipment necessary.
Perform these 10 exercises for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between moves.
10 Exercises -
Arm circles - 20 seconds/direction
Criss cross arms - palms face up
Y, T, I arms
Single arm external rotation - R
Single arm external rotation - L
Overhead arm lift - palms face down - R
Overhead arm lift - palms face down - L
Big chest stretch to hug
Shoulder stretch - R
Shoulder stretch - L
