Learn how to plank

Are you new to working out? Or an experienced exerciser looking to freshen up on the basics? This video is great for you! I teach you how to do all different types of planks. We focus on proper form, targeting the correct muscles and breathing. The plank is an essential building block for all core workouts and there are modifications for every level. No equipment necessary. 

We’ll perform 4 moves, 10 seconds each and then repeat the circuit. 

The first round shows level 1 and round 2 is the progression.

The 4 exercises are - 

  1. Plank - on knees and on toes

  2. Side plank - right - on knees and on toes

  3. Side plank - left - on knees and on toes

  4. Reverse plank - feet flat with bent knees and legs straight
