Daily walks can help you live longer

Want to add years to your life? Not just years, but good quality years? Go outside and take a walk. It is scientifically proven that people who walk everyday live longer, healthier and happier lives. So go take a walk around the block, go for a stroll in the park, or power walk to your office. Make walking a part of your daily routine. Try to walk for 30-45 minutes (can be done in 10 minute bouts) everyday and you will see an improvement in your physical and mental health.
